  • Mediation is the process in which both individuals willingly engage in dialogue with a neutral 3rd party to respectfully end one relationship/marriage and create a new cooperative relationship (co-parenting) if children are involved. Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process that allows you to advocate for yourself.

    Couples can utilize mediation before, during, or after divorce. The mediator’s role is to take clients through a process, address any and all issues raised, and navigate through difficult and emotional subject matter with a result that has been decided by clients.

  • SPRAVATO® is a non-competitive N-methyl D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor antagonist indicated, in conjunction with oral antidepressant, for the treatment of:

    • Treatment-resistant depression (TRD) in adults.

    • Depressive symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder (MDD) with acute suicidal ideation or behavior.

    1. Precertification is required by most insurance companies.

    2. Treatment lasts approximately 120 minutes.

    3. Patients need to have someone transport them to/from each appointment.

  • Comprehensive assessment that includes:

    • intake session & clinical interview

    • testing battery (including ADOS which is a necessary component for diagnosing Autism for waiver approval) and other screening tools

    • written report

    • follow up session to discuss results

    • may take up to 6 hours total

  • 30-minute massage (includes prep time)

    • deep tissue and trigger point therapy

    • release muscle tension and stress

    • heal muscular injuries
